The location; the office; the people who work there-their kindness, caring attitudes toward the patients. Dr. Diez-Hoeck, the Nursing staff, and Kandy, the receptionist, are all of the highest caliber of professionals in their respective fields. I have recommended this practice to many friends over the last 8-10 yrs. since my return to Jacksonville in 2010.

The office manager, Candie is the best!!!! Also, their new ARNP Laura Logan seemed very knowledgeable, thorough, and listened attentive luv ya!. They operate on time too!!!!! A very efficient and effective operation...I would highly recommend!

I have only been there 3 times now and have yet to meet Dr. Diez-Hoeke, but I do like Laura the Nurse Pract. She has taken time with me and seems genuinely interested in my health. Candy (up front) seems jammed full of work but has had a smile and kind words. The medical assistants I have had have been great too! Very friendly!
