Laura Larson is very caring, understanding and easy to talk to. She is thorough, to the point and answers my questions fully. I feel very comfortable having her as my medical provider.

Dr. Diez-Hoeck is wonderful and her assistants have been delightful to work with.

I have only encountered Laura the NP, and Candy the receptionist. (Of course the techs/MAs for vitals etc. I just don't remember their names.) I have never met Dr. Diez Hoecke. The different techs/MAs are courteous. Candy has always been helpful and upbeat to me on the phone and in person. She has gotten back to me in a timely manner when I have questions/concerns. I have sat there in the waiting room and see how busy she remains, but she smiles and greets people as if they were the most important patient for that hour! Laura has a very personable attitude and appears to be concerned about whatever is concerning me. I do feel I can ask questions about medical issues/terminology.

Friendliness and thoroughness

Dr. Diez-Hoeck is amazing. She quickly diagnosed a serious condition I had that I was clueless about, made sure I immediately got the followup I needed and she and her staff stayed on top of the situation regardless of work hours. She is a true medical advocate who treats you like she sincerely cares about you.

I like ability to get appointments for emergent needs quickly. The medical professionals listen and respond accordingly. I cannot imagine ever wanting to go anywhere else. Great people, great staff. Thank you for being there.

I love Dr. Diez-Hoeck! She is so personable and has a way of making me feel part of the practice, not a number. Dr. Diez-Hoeck takes a lot of time with me, assuring I am up to date on all of the necessary tests, vaccines and proper vitamins. I have a great comfort level with the dr to discuss any health issues or concerns I have! The office staff (esp Candy), is on top of appts, records and anything that needs to be done! I highly recommend this practice!
