I love Dr Diez-Hoeck. She is sincerely concerned about her patients well being. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring family physician.

Everything was excellent- front desk, nursing staff and ARNP Logan was fantastic- she listened and truly cared about my needs and concerns. So glad to have a primary care home!

It is Patient Friendly, Relatively easy to get a quick appointment and the Doctor Diez-Hoeck, and Laura Logan give caring help. Candy and the office folks are very patient centric as well.

I only had one visit so far, staff were very friendly. My visit with Laura Lang was very professional, she recommended me to the specialists I needed to see and have a follow up with Dr. Diaz-Hieck in May.
