Professional, helpful, friendly staff. Dr. Diez Hoecht has been my physician for nearly 20 years during which time she has earned my trust and respect both as an MD and a person.

I am always greeted warmly and by name. Appointed times are real: my time is respected. Typical wait time is 1-2 minutes before I am escorted inside.

The waiting room and office are very quiet, organized, and clean. I feel confident and welcomed by the attention I received from the receptionist, the intake nurse Tia, PA Logan. and Candy.

PA Logan always spends time with me to discuss any issues or questions I have. She reviews my history and knows me. I feel like I am well taken care of and I don’t feel intimidated or afraid to ask her anything. She is never judgmental or dismissive.

Dr. Diez-Hoeck has assembled a wonderful team. Candy has been with the practice for as long as I can remember! That speaks volumes to me. Consistency is stability.

This is by far, the BEST Medical practice I have EVER experienced. We have been part of this 'family' for more than 10 years. Multi generations of the Last name removed family have all found competent, caring medical professionals at all levels...from the front desk to the Staff & Nurses and we believe the consultation and recommendations of the Medical Doctors are par none...We wouldn't dream of ever changing.

By the way, we happily drive + 30 miles each way just for the pleasure of this premium care.
