Wonderful doctor great staff
The personnel are caring, available & knowledgeable. As a patient with this office for over 15 years I have been nothing but cared for & comfortable with this group. I must report I am not pleased with changes to how phone calls to the office are routed elsewhere. As a patient for many years, I feel comfortable that the office personnel respond to me differently than someone in a call center. When I needed to reschedule an annual exam in August, I was rescheduled for October! It was upsetting that I later learned this conversation was not with the office staff but was routed to a general call center. I was not informed that I was not speaking to the actual office at the time of the call. I feel strongly this is not improving patient care. It is important that our care providers are supported to provide care in the way that works for their practice and their patients which they have developed a relationship.
