Kandy! Hands down, she is always on top. She’s all business, in a pleasant, personable way. I’ve never sensed anything less than positivity and efficiency. She processed patients in waiting room and at checkout like a champion. Truly the best front office person anywhere and I have seen numerous specialists over the years at the area’s best facilities. I hope Baptist treats her like the professional asset she is! The technicians are always efficient and show care. Another thing I like is never having to wait in a room for long, unlike most other places that will leave a patient unattended and not knowing when doctor/nurse will show up. I’ve never met the doctor but have great trust in Laura Logan. She leaves me feeling confident that my health is in good hands. Her viewpoint seems holistic in nature. Another thing I love about this practice is how useful and convenient the portal is. I always here back from Kandy quickly and with information from Laura when requested. It puts my mind at ease when I have a problem. I appreciate the practice maintaining a positive professional culture at this practice.
