Appointments are on schedule, I’m not sitting around waiting. Everyone is friendly. Love Laura, she takes the time to really listen to what I’m saying. Explains why she asks the questions she asks and allows me to have input on how I’m going to manage my health. A lot of doctors will just tell you what you need to do and that’s it. That doesn’t work for me.
