Eastern Propane has ensured that we have had fuel, year round, for 30 years. We have never once run out of propane. Eastern Propane's drivers, service technicians and office personnel have always been courteous and expeditious. Thanks most importantly to the drivers who often have to negotiate difficult driving/weather/topographical conditions. Thank you all.
The service was very prompt. I was not at the residence when the delivery was initially made because the driver was not notified to call me prior to delivery, but we coordinated subsequently and everything went smoothly . The driver was very accommodating.

Latasha (spelling?) was the best customer service representative I’ve ever spoken to on Monday, December 26. I originally connected with an agent and explained my concerns about the lack of an auto delivery when I placed a called on Sat. , December 24. That agent was very polite but apparently was unable to secure a delivery for me as I had explained that the reading I took was at 20 percent. Apparently my monitor gauge was broken. I also explained that a prior delivery person had told me that my gauge was 10 % low and off. As I anxiously waited until Monday, December 26 for a delivery , I finally reached Latasha at the number Phone number removed. I explained the situation and the fact that the temperature was in the single digits for 5 days at that point and besides the impending possibility of no heat that it was very possible that my pipes would possibly freeze or burst. Latasha listened patiently and said she would call me back. She did again from that same number and told me she would contact someone and would call me back. I received a call from her at the numberPhone number removed with the wonderful news that she had secured a delivery for me. She told me she would keep calling back until the delivery was made and the next time she called back he was there and apparently he got a call when he finished his last delivery and drove very far for mine. Wonderful of him, too. Up to this point from Saturday’s call until speaking with Latasha the way my situation was handled by your company I would have given you a negative rating if possible. Latasha saved me as a customer because I was disgusted , upset, and worried over this avoidable situation. She deserves the upmost praise and some kind of compensation for going above and beyond her job to help and reassure me. She is an asset to your company. Please make sure she sees this response and tell her again how grateful I am.
