I am on your scheduled delivery plan, and you arrived a couple of days early. I was approaching 20% and was about to call your office to arrange for a delivery, but you showed up right on time.
I was at my house on Monday when the service person arrived to fill my ranks. He explained how to check the propane levels and when I should call for a refill. He was friendly snd very informative.

anytime I've called, your team has been responsive and caring. your website works well, your onsite techs have always been courteous and knowledgeable.
Everyone was very friendly and professional to talk to and work with. I wanted to put propane heaters in my basement and they scheduled an appointment to have someone come out, measure my basement ask me what I was interested in heating the basement for, what do we use the space for and so on. After meeting with the technician and going over everything he gave me solid recommendations on what would work for the space. We installed exactly what was recommended and 2 years later I could not be happier. It heats the space quickly and efficiently so when I am down there using my craft space I can turn it up and it is at a comfortable temperature in no time, and we can set it for a steady temperature in the winter and keep the basement at a constant temperature which helps keep the house warmer and our furnace does not work as hard.

I have always had excellent service and the drivers have been both prompt and courteous. My problem has been the higher price for your propane. However now that you have started a program to help to lower the price I can only say thank you and I would recommend your company to anyone. the readjusted price will help greatly. Thank you.
