While you product is very good your personnel are even better. Evan, Rob and Chad developed a program to orderly and effectively ensure that what they were doing at my home was the most effective. Their efforts should not be left unappreciated by your company. Evan, even though he was home sick continued to work with me to ensure a timely installation and completion of getting my gas stove hooked up. You have excellent personnel and that should.not go unappreciated. Also, your personnel who initially speak with the customer at your office are very efficient and effective.
We are a new customer. I did my homework by calling different propane service providers and I chose Eastern Propane because of the outstanding services they provided to new customers. The customer service staff (Lilian) I first spoke to was very accommodating and she referred me to the Sales Agent (Linda) who was very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. Eastern Propane has the best price in the market and the customer service is impeccable! I would recommend this company to my friends and family!

I have been with you for about 20 years and like the friendly people and service. I have recommended well over 20 people as a builder. I was a builder for 39 years. The only thing that could be improved is your telephone service and assorted numbers between Superior and Eastern.
Like the fact that they have a wireless router to monitor the propane fuel level in my tank and refill as necessary. They have always been responsive to my needs.
