So my recommendation of your services was for the customer service answer and response. I would have them ask about the cost per gallon before signing on with any company after this experience.

Costumer service
The service man who came to delivery my propane realized I had a new drive. He was very careful how he parked the truck. He also wrote on the report to not use the drive and pull the hose to fill the tank. It is a narrow drive on the side of a 1948 house. I really appreciate the way he deal with the delivery. He was very efficient, friendly and was looking out for my property.
The person answering the phone was courteous and helpful, gave us an approximate delivery date for the propane.
