Eastern has permitted us to request a fill when needed, as well as being a pre-buy customer. We appreciate this as it enables us to reduce the number of fills as compared to if we simply had Eastern guesstimate when we were due. As it reduces the delivery (fuel) and mysterious compliance and regulatory fees that come along with each delivery.
We very much appreciate the staff at the call center when we are in need of a feel. The ladies have always been polite, efficient and pleasant to speak with. This has been one constant as the company transitioned from Trexler Haines, to Eastern, to Superior, Typically customer service suffers as companies merge and become larger and seemingly less responsive to customers concerns. So far this company seems to have found a way to prevent that from occurring.
And as far as pricing, it does appear that Eastern/Superior makes a sincere effort to offer their customers a fair price for propane.
The payment plans are very read and being with the company a long time never had an issue
