The website was functionally easy to use. I also was in a bit of a rush and called customer service to inquire about the shipping and production. I spoke with a very pleasant individual who assisted me in answering all my questions. I also received my order roughly 24 hours after placing it. The turnaround time was great and the quality was definitely up to my standards. I will be a repeat customer!
I order twice a year and it’s always a wonderful experience. If my art work seems off, they call me to fix it every time. They also send a handwritten thank you letter which means so much considering that’s not really non existent in today’s world. Keep up the great customer service!
