Procedure was quick and efficient once we figured out what all the terminology meant. It was lucky that we were able to connect staff to an on-line link for good artwork, but it appears you can even fix poor artwork to a reasonable extent.
Without chat intervention it would not have turned out so well, but the chat was short and very helpful. A bit more advice, especially in terms of definitions, on the website would not go amiss, but chat is probably the surest path for most customers.
The process on this order was delayed a but due to winter holidays but would normally be quite fast.
