What did you like about your ordering experience?

It is always easy to understand the layout and ordering process. This time I got a live person on the phone (with no on-hold wait time) and she helped re-place/duplicate a previous order (with two changes). All went very well!

I've been in management and leadership roles for decades. People speak of customer service, passion etc. and then there's nada.... Decals.com is without a doubt one of a handful of companies over the decades that blows away their promise. I was contacted several times over an error I made. They wanted to make sure I was happy and the job was right. Seriously? I'm blown away. Someone needs to do a scholarly paper on this company - they define integrity and customer service at some core level that can't be faked. You guys have my business forever !!!

It was easy, stuff saved in my cart some websites it disappears after a day or so and I have to reset the project, which takes me forever because I build fences, not so great at graphics haha but it was easy to order them, I have not received them yet but ordering was smooth
