The Website was easy to navigate and when I had a question, I was able to reach a human, was transferred, left a voicemail and got a call back within 20 minutes. Not something you usually get after finding a company online. Great Customer Service. My only suggestion is that you have a freight calculator at the beginning that can be a bit miss-leading. Freight choice is actually on the last page and the calculator at the beginning is for overseas / next day or something along those lines as the freight is very high so it makes you not want to move forward. Hence my call to customer service. Overall good experience and will be ordering more once I receive the first one.

The process was very easy and straightforward. Shipping and turnaround times were accurate which is great because I needed my prints in a rush! Jennifer Olson specifically was amazing. She reached out shortly after I submitted my design, and she even called to go over the digital proof with me. I wasn't available so she sent an email. Very thorough customer service and I will definitely be using this company in the future!

When ordering online, I honestly didn’t expect for it to feel personal, and tailored for me. I simply chose the site based on price and advertised turn around time. However, my experience was way more than I expected. Communication from the customer service team was amazing. Personalized communication from a dedicated representative. Jenny was a pleasure to work with, she committed time and effort to make sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it. The banner shipped quickly and looks amazing! The separate thank you card from Jenny was a nice touch.

I was a little concerned that the quality wouldn't be what I needed because the proofs were very low resolution. Looking at them closely I could see the saw-tooth pattern along the edges of the images.
But, they turned out great! Very happy! I will definitely use them again for future projects.
