Juliah actually read my info regarding when I needed the banner. She called to let me know that the only way to meet my deadline was to make it a rush order with expedited shipping. That cost more than I had hoped to pay, but my fault for lack of planning.

Great experience. Starting with someone immediately on the phone when I called late afternoon on Thursday with a rush request, getting right to exactly what I needed at a competitive price, and getting it out the door Friday overnighted so I could have it on Monday. What's not to love?

I was in a jam having to find another vendor after the original business wasn’t capable of answering and clarifying questions I had about their banner process.

The good news in all of this, is that I found Banners.dot.com and couldn’t be happier.

The banner turned out great ! The client is happy and so am I.
My team with Jenny at the lead, did a remarkable job fielding questions about the process and went beyond in making sure I understood the ‘live safe zone’ area for my design.

Not once did I feel I was alone in this process. Jenny answered all my emails and promptly responded via phone as well.

Kudos for a job well done.
