Nick called me the same day I submitted my design, since my design would have been obstructed by grommet placement. He edited the design to avoid that issue, quickly sent the proof back to me, and called/emailed to confirm the change. I was very impressed with the speed that they turned that around and the care they take in making a quality product.
I messed around for 2 weeks waiting for the local guys to get me proofs and quotes. Both were terrible with follow up. Got on line with Decals.com. I created proof myself in 5 minutes. Had a confirmation proof in 10 minutes and ordered w 2 day shipping. And the pricing was $40-$80 cheaper than the local guys.
On line ordering is easy to follow. The follow-up customer service getting tax exempt form on file and minor changes to order was exceptional.

Many competitors require minimums of 20 or more pieces and for our line of custom manufacturing having the ability to order the exact number of custom decals needed made Decals.com my first choice and no my go to.
