Uploading a design was seamless, they gave you accurate lines to gauge if you were within the margins and they regularly offer discounts. They have a great selection and allow some creative ratios for your designs.
My only nitpick was the time between me processing an order and the time between my order being shipped, but I also ordered on a holiday week. With better planning I wouldn't have felt a time crunch.
It would be nice if you could see the logo you are ordering in your cart, rather than the stock images.
