Nick, my customer service representative, contacted to to let me know that my Adobe Stock image I uploaded wasn't very clear. He found the same image for me on Adobe Stock, e-mailed it to me for my approval, and the image was tremendously improved. At all times, he was extremely polite, helpful, cheery and appreciative of my business, as per his remarks.
