I found the process of putting together my banners very easy. Whenever I got stuck and had questions the customer service number provide provided me with a person to give me more guidance. Also, once I finished my banner projects, I was able to communicate with the same person regarding what types of changes I might need to make so that it looked better. I highly recommend checking the box where someone looks at it for you. Within a day they were able to get back to me and give me suggestions. Highly recommend!

I uploaded the wrong image for production. After realizing my mistake an hour later, I called, and Jay Arias assisted me in uploading the correct image, which was incredibly helpful. I haven't received the decals yet, but their customer service was excellent.

I was stunned by the quick, helpful, and friendly service before and after placing the order. (My credit card number was incorrect - not my MO, but... I called the customer service number and was met with very patient people.) The proof was available the same day and looked fabulous. Follow-up via email has been great as well. I have absolutely no complaints! Only good things to say!
