Zack is a great mechanic who really knows his stuff! The rest of the guys are awesome and always have time for a chat and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend to anyone to shop at Northstar bikes.

The staff were all extremely helpful and their products are great quality! I was stuck between two bikes and instead of trying to upsell the more expensive one they listened to what I wanted to do with my bike and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision.
