The machines learn my body and push me just hard enough to improve without allowing me to overdo it and cause injury or soreness. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable. No one is a “gym rat,” and everyone is so positive and encouraging. Staff dress in casual clothing instead of sports bras, tank tops, and spandex which make it less intimidating as an overweight person. I love the 20 -minute workout. It’s over so fast but I feel my body changing.
This is one of the best work out classes Iv'e ever joined. It's perfect for people in my age bracket 50 and older (I'm 69). It's great strength training, no more knee pains and I'm certainly much stronger. For me two of the best features are the small intemate classes when you choose to go from personal one on one to group, and the inital one on one when just starting out, this I highly recommend.
