I love the size of the studio, it's not at all intimidating like big gyms are.
Love going here and seeing improvement in my health and strength. Hard to believe 2 days a week and only a 20 minute workout helps but it does. You get what you put in to it so it is up to you to put your best effort in. Not a huge change in my body but still a good change.
