I have been out injured so came back to yoga on Sunday-I spoke to the instructor and she was very encouraging by telling me not to overdo it so with that in mind I could concentrate on the class

The 10 am and 13:10 classes ( also the 16:30 classes but they seem to have disappeared); the teachers; the water fountain; the shower facilities; the mat storage option.

Great instructors , love Elizabeth’s class and really enjoyed April’s class recently. She’s a great instructor, hope she becomes a permanent on the schedule :)
