Excellent teachers, great location.
Studios are usually clean - esp. in the morning. Not certain same can be said for blankets and props.
This is my favourite studio!
A little more of a welcome and introduction to the studio would have been appreciated. A lot of people were in YTT and therefore it seemed slightly clicky.

Semperviva is such a laid-back studio with a great community-building atmosphere. It doesn't feel like your main goal is to sell products (unlike YYOGA), and you seem to have a loyal client base, because I always see the same faces.
I really like the Aouth African girl on reception. Ahe's a lovely person, so friendly and helpful. I prefer this studio to the others as it is the most bright, in my opinion. I do like Cit Centre though too. I'm not partial to Sun Centre as it's so dark and I don't love Sea Centre. Though the view is nice, I feel weird about the carpet. I don't think having all those people walk barefoot on the carpet is hygenic.

The studio is dark (re: natural light) and feels claustrophobic when it's packed with people. Plus the recent ant problem with traps set doesn't help with the atmosphere.
Multiple studios for ultra convenience when trying to fit your workout in. I love the Granville island location for the wonderful views.
Hideous stained ceiling needs painting or replacing. The rest of the space is well designed and welcoming.
