Teachers are very profesional, and the customer service is very good.

Offer Kundalini classes from more teachers other than just Gloria; or if possible, she can do more than 1 class per day. Her classes are almost too packed all the time.
Staff were very helpful. Classes are large so one recommendation I would make is having instructors ask if anyone is new so teachers can identify who might need extra instruction
The variety of classes taught and the overall scheduling of classes are very appealing and work well into my own schedule

Teachers should always ask the class if there are any injuries before starting the class.
And before doing an adjustment - ask the student if they would like an adjustment.
Most of the Hatha classes are more like power yoga classes.
Teachers need not speak so loudly as it takes one out of the meditative state.
Teachers should do the asanas with the class rather than just speak the poses.
Some teachers speak non-stop through the class - need time for the body's intelligence to absorb the teachings with out wall to wall speaking from the teacher.
Cell phones should not be permitted in the class and should be announced to please leave cellphones in the entrance area - one participant answered her cellphone beside me in class.
Music should be conducive to a meditative state - some genres and lyrics compete with the teachers words and take one out of a yogic mind.
The classes are wonderful.
Love the sense of community; front desk staff extremely friendly, very approachable and lovely.

Everything - My yoga begins on the walk/bikeride/drive to Granville Island. Lovely setting - love the breezes in the summer. Fab teachers. My only complaint would be the carpet instead of hard flooring. Easy enough to overlook with all the other positive vibes. I have recommended to friends already!

its not about your improvement, it about how good a fit you are to the people i know considering yoga. i' not into convincing people to do something, they should arrive at their own conclusions, tho, my friends and fam know i do yoga there

You have staff that is kind and encouraging. The views are stunning. The layout of the studio is very nice.
The room was VERY full, and it was VERY difficult to hear the instructor over the sounds of the music and ventilation system. I'm a bit of a novice, so perhaps this wasn't an issue for the more familiar people. It occured to me that a throat-microphone patched in via bluetooth to the speakers would resolve the issue.
