Multiple sites and types of yoga all day long
So many mats, just too many! Space it out. Also the bathrooms are very awkward. I think they should be private bathrooms with locks on the outside of the door.
Friendly, welcoming, and so far really enjoying the classes. I'm not a huge fan of all the mats laid out prior to class, but, I get it.
While I loved the workshop and can't wait for the next one, my first experience at the sun centre was that the designated timing for classes was poorly run. The outgoing class was late, 12:25 instead of 12:15 and our inbound class 12:15! ( same time!) was unable to get going quickly, we all had to use the washroom facilities inside the studio. And! We were pressured away from our round circle closing by the reception staff to accommodate the next class. Our instructors obviously had a well choreographed class that got cut short.

Add mirrors on the front wall to give the room a lighter and larger feeling.

Great classes, mats included, lots of locations and times
City studio is a nice yoga space, love the hardwood floors, big open space. The workshops and events offerings are awesome - something for everyone, great teachers.
I love the quality of instructors and the setting. The only thing I find frustrating is parking, especially during the high tourist season.

The teacher seemed more interested in her own practice than the students. She spent a lot of the class speaking to us with her back to us or her head down, seemingly oblivious to what was going on in the classroom.
Quality teaching and beautiful studio and location. A great experience overall.

It was really hot in the studio and I notice the mats were stacked at the end of class; are the mats not cleaned?

Vinyasa Power Flow is great
The teachers: Gloria, Syma, Danny, Carolynne. The front line staff at City Centre and the Sun Studio. The community of fellow students, some of whom have become personal friends.
THe lovely view and the peaceful location.
I really enjoy all of the teachers I have worked with so far. Even if not all of them are my style, I enjoy that there are so many to choose from. Lately I have been doing pre and post natal classes with Teresa. She is particularly special and I'm very happy to get to work with her.
