very accommodating for things like putting the unlimited pass on hold, bringing friends for free etc. Just gives me the feeling that you guys are not all about the money which I appreciate very much.
This is hard to control but sometimes I go to practice with specific teachers and they cancel last minute and are replaced with a teacher that is not the same style or caliber of teaching. It happens too often.
Very calming, lovely staff and atmosphere. Will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone!thanks
Friendly at reception, nice boutique,great classes and good location.
The environment is good and the teacher is good too, but that is not the kind of class I was looking for.
It was too focused in Asanas and had too little of pranayamas and meditation.
But all the rest - the staff, the building - was quite good.
I went to the mom and baby yoga class. The class started with the yoga teacher talking and playing the drums. It was nice but a little bit out of place with sleeping babies. I know it's not reasonable to have a silent class but I certainly didn't expect drums to be waking my girls in a yoga class. I figured it would be calming and soothing. Further I came to the class for yoga and was a little disappointed to spend the end of class dancing.
Last but not least maybe you could offer different types of mom and baby yoga classes.
The teachers really make everyone feel welcome. It's a much more personal and down to earth yoga experience than some other more corporate studios.
Great instructors, no pre-booking spots in class so there's always enough room for students.
would be great is an option to shower after class was available

I liked that it was a calm envioment, and that the class was fun and not too intense
The reception staff is always friendly,very helpful & encouraging.
Excellent teachers, lots of variety of yoga classes from them. Lots of different times to choose from and of course, last but not least, I love the Kits Beach location
Front staff friendly. However on Sept 29 Thursday morning at 7 am I arrived at 7:10 am and door was locked and no one to be seen.
I stayed outside till 7:20 thinking that maybe someone would open up. I realise that the class had started and was hopefull to enter at 7:10 after the meditation. I continued on and did a 9 am class at the kits location.
I feel like you over fill your classes
No shower, not having multiple room, mats were so close to each other
An additional bathroom outside of the studio.
Need to achieve a better balance of senior / experienced Vinyasa teachers through the week.
Environment, teachers & the view
great classes and selection , different types of yoga, clean surroundings and friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpful front counter staff who go above and beyond to make sure that you have full value for your $$. Also, amazing teachers....love Diana's classes!

It's a small space to collect and store belongings, but I always love practicing there.
Lockers, more 7am classes,
Strongly recommend that the instructor use a headset microphone as it is impossible to hear her towards the back of the room. Also, if it's possible to better ventilate the room, it would be much more comfortable (for me at least, and possibly more hygienic?)
