I went in for an inspection to renew my registration and all associates who assisted me went above and beyond. From the moment I arrived, a young man walked to my vehicle to find out what I needed. He instructed me drive around to the appropriate lane. After that, another associate asked for my insurance card and then advised me to drive into the garage. Ethan Martinez was the associate I interacted with most during my visit. He offered different services that were relevant to my vehicle’s needs and explained in detail what each option consisted of. All the associates were very respectful and well mannered. This really stood out as seeing this behavior coming from young men is quite uncommon these days! I have visited other locations in the past, but moving forward THIS location will be my go to. Very happy with service provided!

The gentlemen that helped me were very friendly and nice! They were very knowledgeable. They showed me how my car looked before and after, so I could verify that they were actually doing what they said they were going to do. The prices were a little high, but I guess I can understand with everything that’s going on in the world. Overall, I was very satisfied.
