People very friendly and helpful. Recommend them to family and friends. I keep coming back to them
The service and personnel are beyond what you normally get at a service center, professionals working in unison calling out instructions and verbally returning acknowledgment. Alfonso gave me all information that I needed before and during the service. I will definitely refer this location and business to others. I give you a 10+++ Thank you and I’ll be back!
PS: you should consider handing out hot dogs or popcorn, you already give cold H2O

Great service& hospitality.
I was referred to you by a close family friend. Since my first visit, I haven't returned to Pep Boys.
Going forward, I will continue to choose Lube X-press. Each time I've visited, I've encountered different associates, and at first, I felt a bit uncertain. However, it hasn't made a difference who assists me; the service has always been excellent. All the associates have been extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. It is a pleasure to visit because I know I will receive the BEST service in town!
