The local Smiths Station, Alabama office is always so friendly and helpful. I was afraid they would become impersonal when it changed to a national company but thankfully that did not happen. I have never run out of gas since they keep me in gas without me having to call them.

When my dad was running out of propane last year they were very accommodating and get his some propane out there fast. He is 87 and lives alone. I appreciated their quick response!
