I have been using this company for the past 4 years. I retired and moved into my home which uses propane. Never having worked with propane tank usage before, Ms. Denise spent quite a bit of time with us and did a wonderful job. So, now I always ask for her when ordering. They always come in a timely matter and I appreciate their professionalism.
I have been a Gas Inc customer for more than 40 years. The most important thing to me is customer service. Lisa Doster and Randall Roberts as well as Frankie Doster delivering the propane are a perfect team to let corporate America take note that they are the real reason customers like Gas Inc. My recent conversation with Lisa and Mr. Roberts is the prime example to anyone teaching orientation classes. They were patient, listened well, took the time to explain and answer questions. They treated me as a person and not just a number. Their knowledge and wisdom should be noted by the company as an irreplaceable asset!!!!
