Easy to contact local customer support. Customer support people have been very gracious and responsive. Delivery person did a nice job navigating his truck on our country property. Not sure why the tank was not filled to a higher level but I can call if the level gets too low.

I greatly appreciate excellent service, not being outsourced to out of country, being able to go into the office, see a real person and pay my bill in person. Customer service is as much about people contact and the ability to communicate to a live person. Thank you for the promo of $25 off and the postcard. It was greatly appreciated.
