I like to work with my local gas delivery/office people. I have done business with them for over 20 years and prefer to work with them directly. They know and trust me and I know and trust them. Companies that foster local contact with customers will win every time. Don't change the way they did business for years too much or customer satisfaction will decline.

Service has been good and on time. The Website needs to be updated with a message file. (In box and Out Box and message Reviewer Sent and Send). File for review your account balances with accurate previous payments. More discounts especially for long term account holders and elderly on fixed incomes.
