Good and reliable service
I would recommend your company simply because I’ve been with you for probably 50 years (2 different addresses in Loganville) (Lithonia Gas, Gas Inc and now Superior) and for the majority of that time I’ve been pleased with deliveries, billing and service calls. HOWEVER, things seemed to have changed a bit over the past few years. For one thing, and this is a bit of a biggie for me since I just paid my current bill and experienced an aggravation for, at least, a second time. I try to always take advantage of any discount offers that are available but twice now I lost out. The first time was maybe in 2021 when I was supposed to get a discount of $20.00 with (I believe 100 gallons), the delivery driver informed me that it cut off just under the 100 gallons so I lost out. The latest is the invoice I paid this evening. The discount offer was for three different discounts, the cutoff date was March 31. When I placed my order online I noted that I wanted to get 200 gallons which would enable me to receive a $50.00 discount (not to be pathetic or whiny but I’ve been dealing with cancer and the overwhelming bills that seems to go hand in hand with the diagnosis and, surviving solely on Social Security, money is tighter than it’s ever been in my life which makes a $50.00 discount a Godsend). I waited as long as possible to place my order to, hopefully, insure I could receive the entire 200 gallons. It didn’t work out that way, I fell short. BUT, I had hoped that I’d at least be offered the next discount down which my order would have qualified for ($35.00 discount). I was very disappointed and more than a little aggravated when I paid my bill in full this evening (almost $800.00).

While it took me a few days longer than I hoped to get my LP Gas, the delivery person Kae was very thoughtful, and the tech James who came later to check out the tank was also very kind and thorough.
The current gas price and delivery was pretty quick.
Everyone is very nice from the call from Bonnie to set everything up to be delivered to the driver that came out to set our tank Jared. I have already got tanks set at my grandmothers and my daughter is waiting on the tank to be set. Would recommend to anyone. When calling the new customer line if you get the rude lady in sales just hang up and call back you will get someone else.
