Had my tank filled and had invoice left at door. I preferred the old style that listed the number of gallons put in the tank, price per gallon, base amount and tax amount. New invoice just tells me total amount to pay and due date.
Ease of ordering
The person who comes out to refill the tank is always efficient and friendly and I appreciate him. I really like the auto refill service. Soon I will look into the budget billing.
Recently however the wi-fi indicator was not reading correctly when it had me at 30% but gauge said 15%. I posted messages on the MySuperior app twice in which I got no reply, called and spoke to a representative once, trying to get a delivery before I ran out and someone to fix the wi-fi indicator to read correctly. Paid extra for the indicator only to learn it is not accurate. Before Superior took over when it was close to 30% I did get refills, but even though the faulty indicator said 30% and then started dropping I did not get the auto refill, but had to call to make a delivery order for the first time since Superior took over. The gauge had my tank at around 10% when I get a fill up delivery. I know there are always growing pains when a company is bought out, so I am confident by the next delivery time things will go smoothly.

I like the courteous and efficient office staff and their willingness to price match. I am a senior citizen on a fixed low income and the price match helps me to afford 3 refills a year.
Also, the delivery drivers are quick and efficient.
