Timely & thorough
I attempted to order gas online but for some reason the system would not let me complete the process, although I was given a price for the amount of gas I wanted to purchase. So, I called your office and spoke to a young lady who took my order and told me that the price was hundreds of dollars less than I had seen online because of a summer special that was available through the end of August. I made my purchase with her, feeling I had saved around $300. So that was a pleasant surprise. She told me the gas would be delivered within 3 to 5 days, which was fine with me. However it was delivered the very next day. Happily I didn't need as much as I thought and the price ended up being $150 less than I paid originally. So a very pleasant outcome, to say the least. When I called to request a refund of the overpayment, it was processed timely and without any hesitation. Thank you for our great customer service.
