Customer service is outstanding. If there is a problem with a delivery, they TELL you what the problem is, and when it will hopefully be resolved. Same with account questions. Information is always good to have---no one likes to be left wondering.

The office staff and drivers are great. The management is a little misdirected. After I sent a letter to the president of the parent company, I received a phone message from the district manager. When I returned his calm we were never able to speak. I think the local manager would be well served to listen to his employees. They know what’s going on and how to serve their customers. I’m not sure management does
