Kim is awesome! She was very helpful and did extra to make sure I received service and got my tank filled! She called on the day of our leak inspection then called to follow up about my fill up!
I am new to propane and was running low so it was great to have someone walk me through everything I needed. The gentleman who came out was quick and knowledgeable told my husband all we needed to know about our tank!

Your patience with me when I bug you about gas deliveries, especially in bad or cold weather, even in the middle of a pandemic. You are always very kind, and I am grateful. The tank monitor that you installed without me having to request it, was especially appreciated. However, I wish prices would go back down.

Service took a few days longer than usual, but I realized that probably many folks wanted propane. I will admit I was a bit shocked at the price, but I did not asked when I called for service. Service has always very good.
