Although the price of propane has increased like everything else when they came to put the 100 gallons in my rank they accidentally filled it up. When someone from the office contacted me she told me to make up for the error they will not charge me for the extra. Now that's great customer service.
Plain and simple it is the people. They all deserve big fat raises! Why? Gas doesn’t answer the phone, deliver the gas nor make repairs. They bend over backwards to help their customers. Not corporate. Dallas Georgia. God bless a good man, Rodney.

This is a follow-up review. I submitted a previous review and was extremely disappointed with the overall encounter with Gas, Inc. Company management reached out and contacted me. We came to a workable solution to the issues. After speaking with management, I found them to be receptive to and fair minded. To me for a company in this day and age taking the time and effort to actually care about their customers is noteworthy. Another interesting point, someone actually read and took the initiative to try and rectify the issues. I tip my hat and wish to say Thank You for caring. The gentleman that contacted me respectful and took ownership of the complaint and then fixed it. He is definitely the type of individual I would want working for my company. Thanks Again!

I like the fact that I can call and get a human to talk to. I like propane over natural gas because you never hear of a gas leak blowing up an entire house or community.
