Both sales staff we worked with were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I grew up working in bike shops, mostly as a mechanic. It felt great to be back in a shop were it was obvious the people there loved what they did.

I brought my bike in for a tune-up. I also requested that the odometer/computer be checked and reset. The bike was completed in 6 days which was good and it seems to run well. Unfortunately the computer had not been addressed when the tune up was done and I had to specifically ask for it to be looked at before I left the store. It only took around 15 minutes to get things set up but the technician must have missed the instructions which were clearly written up by the cashier that checked me in. While I was waiting, I was able to buy and water bottle holder to add to the bike.

I have found that the products I have purchased were of very good quality and the service I have received recently and in the past is second to none.

I was interested in a Trek bike, and it was nice to be able to see inventory online.

Al and Elizabeth were very knowledgeable. I liked how they worked together to provide great customer service.
My bike was promised by the middle of March but arrived earlier.
Elizabeth helped me put my bike rack and bike on my SUV. She demonstrated each step and showed me best practices.
It's been too cold to ride so I cannot rate the bike itself, yet. However, my bike tour around the inside of their shop was good.
