The gym, swimming
Last week was my first time to go to stony creek YMCA. Stuff were very nice and helpful, Marry at the front desk and the swimming manager were perfect and nice. My kids liked the treehouse and swimming pool.

I like to swim for my health, and talk to people as this last few year has made it clear that missing your friend is not healthy for.

Making the move to tiered memberships was a long overdue godsend!
I like that the programs/classes are geared to the members in whatever level they are in fitness, and that the staff are friendly and helpful.
As a volunteer, I like the opportunities that affords. I also lead a class mostly for seniors which shows that the Y is interested in the whole age spectrum.
The Stoney Creek facilities are excellent and programming and fitness opportunities abound and will increase as we move out of the pandemic (hopefully!)

The group classes are excellent. Especially love Group Power. I am 76 and this class is exactly what I need to maintain muscle and balance.
The instructors are first class.
Usually just swim but always have a nice swim and change rooms are clean.

I enjoy the Aqua fit classes. There is a great ambience and the instructors are excellent. The Women’s Plus change room has lots of room. The staff are pleasant and friendly. There is ample parking.

We love how many different activities the Stoney Creek YMCA offers. How the staff are polite and it being available for our kids. Alter 2 years of lockdowns, seeing the children being engaged in activities, just makes the YMCA a special place
