There's something for everyone, from toddlers to seniors and those in-between. I've been a member for the past 35 years and have always enjoyed the community aspect of the Y, from my early morning classes to my lunch-time classes when I worked full time to my anytime of day classes now that I am retired.
I come daily ( except Sunday) for the Aquafit, and swimming, this is excellent program, the coaches are very good. Thank you.
I like that there are programs suited for seniors as well as line dancing and aqua fit classes in the pool! I also enjoy using the track for walking.
Very organize so everyone have a change to workout
I love Stoney creek YMCA!, this is my favourite Y to attend, every Saturday I come to the Y with my family (2 toddlers) and husband, we go to the library and take out books, play in the tree house, and go to open family gym! I also leave my children in the drop in programs and workout ! It’s makes for the perfect weekend plans as a family! I love that there not only is the opportunity to do things as a family where I can enjoy time with my children, but also time to drop them in their own programs and get a workout in!
The gym is properly equipped and sufficiently spacious to allow a workout without feeling crowded, and the pool has a flexible enough timetable to accommodate my swimming needs.

We like all the aquatic programs, the swimming lessons for my girls, swim lane for my husband and parent and tot for my baby and me 🤗 and of course all the other programs like yoga, centergy and cycling 👍🏻
