Instructors are so motivating with great energy.

They are very caring. My father has been a long term member at the Y and he is a bit tricky as he has gotten into his senior years but the staff are always patient and kind with him. It is the support we need as a family and truly encourages us.

There are a lot more programs and activities at the YMCA versus other gyms like good life. I like to play pickle ball and do the classes as well. There are quite a few classes versus other gyms.

How inclusive it is.
I enjoy the trainers that teach the classes as they are upbeat, motivational, and they are knowledgeable.
My daughter had her first swimming lesson session and it was good, fun and engaging. The only negative is that all the children in her class were shivering cold the whole time. Which was unpleasant to see... if the pool temperature could be turned up a bit that would be lovely!

Love the options for lessons; variety of time slots and way to accommodate family with many aged groups.
Look forward to getting back to the old structure of lessons, but so grateful that work arounds were put in place throughout the lockdowns.

The enjoyment of the lessons
Tara was a great instructor, worked very well we the younger kids. Great facility!
I like the aquatic program the instructors are nice and trying their best to teach the kids.
The size of the class is a little big but the instructor was amazing
We love how many different activities the Stoney Creek YMCA offers. How the staff are polite and it being available for our kids. Alter 2 years of lockdowns, seeing the children being engaged in activities, just makes the YMCA a special place
