I only come to swim laps in the pool. I use the central Y and it works very well for me with the times. I do, however, miss going to the bob Hayward Y since it is so close to my home.

Great classes with awesome teachers. Also the location is great being in the city’s center.
The timings for the pool are very suitable and don't require pre-booking which is nice.
I also like that your changing rooms have private showers, hairdryers and that you don't have to pay for the lockers or bring your own lock, you can simply use your membership card which is very helpful!
Longer opening hours on a Sunday would be a great addition if possible

I swim .. it is the only program that I attend. The staff is couteous and friendly. The showers and the changing room are pretty clean under the circumstances.

The staff are super friendly, the gym is always really clean, they have a ton of various classes. The centre branch has a large pool with decent times for free swim or lane swim and aqua fit.
well I love how you have a gym inside the premier changerooms. the steam sauna is great but all of a sudden one day it became to hot to go in, then once it was fixed it became not steamy enough... i think that needs to be really looked into.... overall great experience, i hope you guys get the hot tub going soon, set a limit to the amount of people in the hot tub, or public health unit changes the rule of restrictions on that

I like the fact that all the areas are square, not long and thin e.g. Front lobby, changing rooms, fitness room. More spacious feel.
