I like most everything about Sport Clips.
However there are two things which could improve my experiences.
#1: Frequently when I check to see the availability or wait times for the two stores that I visit. The wait time is inaccurate. Mostly due to the employees not making the updates. Recently I saw a 1 minute wait time posted and I was passing by the store. I parked and went inside and had to wait 15 minutes. During my 15 minute wait the “Wait Time” wasn’t updated.
#2 The volume of whatever sports programming or sports talk shows is too loud. Conversation with the stylist is hard to hear. I was told that the stylist has no control over the tv or its volume.
Using the app to make an appointment is very accurate. Hairstylist are very welcoming and friendly.

Best haircut I've gotten in several years, I've tried 6 other barber in the area to get a old fashioned cut, they can't seem to get it right .

Christina b. Is amazing and wonderful. She is friendly fun and she does an amazing job. I would definitely give her five stars and personally feel like whatever she's making you should add a couple dollars to it. I had a bad experience previously with sports clips but she more than made up for it. She's the kind of employee that I would like at my business. And I'm a project manager for a large electrical company.

I’ve been having my hair cut by stylist Amber, for several years. My hair isn’t easy to cut. It seems to have a mind of its own, especially in the back. Amber always seems to cajole it into submission time and time again. I’m always impressed by the magic in her scissors and combs.
