I got the MVP service at this Spokane WA location and was very happy both in quality of service and great Cost-to-Value ratio!!! The place was clean and non-cluttered and I liked that I was able to sign myself in at the kiosk when I walked in! I love how the lady that cuts my hair takes her time and does it right. I don’t feel like I’m getting a cheap haircut from Supercuts. She always makes sure that I’m happy with it before I leave. That’s how you built a good customer base, and that’s the reason that I’ve been letting her cut my hair for a number of years. I love the consistency of it.
