I love everything about the Coeur d’Alene Sport Clips! All of the girls are amazing and make every visit enjoyable. The owners are absolutely wonderful people who truly care about both their team and their clients. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and always has great recommendations. They also give the best shampoos—it’s one of my favorite parts of the experience! The store is always clean, the team is professional, and everyone is welcoming and smiling. It’s a great atmosphere, and I always leave feeling taken care of.
I only needed a neck trim this time but my stylist was friendly and helpful. She did a thorough job and gave me probably one of the best neck trims I have had at sport clips. I will be back soon for a haircut.
Staff was friendly and very kind. My child has sensory and does not like being touched. The recognized his condition and didn’t push for extras like the massage and hot towel which would have caused him distress.
