The teachers are excellent!!! There are many class choices if you feel like more of a strength workout or more flow and balance. It is a great workout physically, and I feel more grounded by the intentions and yoga values the instructors in flow classes share.

Stacy is an impeccable teacher. Some others, not so much--they teach yoga fitness which I detest. Stacy teaches the actual yoga.
