If you go to Core Power Cow Hollow take Brittany R’s class! Great instructor with great presence, sequencing, and music choice. Her classes are always waitlisted so make sure you sign up 3 days in advanced. I took her class last Saturday and the room was completely full but we were able to squeeze two additional individuals in the back. Crazy status!!!

I loved Monica Manley's Class! She made the most use of every minute of the class to do a complete body workout.
My teacher was amazing! She had great queues which made the class flow smoothly.

The staff at Poway are super friendly, welcoming, and overall great instructors. The studio is clean and has plenty of room. I never have to worry about being kicked in the face by the person in front of me (which has happened at another location with smaller studios). Nice selection of retail merchandise.

They have awesome instructors. Most of them are concerned about the Yogis overall well-being not just concentrating on strength or flexibility. They also build a sense of community. I love going to the Aurora Corepower Yoga.
I enjoy the great teachers (Noreen, Matteah, Ariana, Heather,and Deanna to name a few) and the many class offerings. Racquel does a terrific job managing her staff and studio! Always fun to attend class!!

The instructors are pleasant and challenging. Consistent attendance in yoga sculpt has really helped my mind and body. I just wish that there were more sculpt classes offered at 8 pm in Costa Mesa because as a nurse that works 12-hour shifts in Newport, it would be great to be able to get to class and blow off steam before going home.
